Overview
Using HTML5 and CSS3, the Free the Bears Home page, Donate page and Be a Bear Carer page were recoded to be web, tablet and mobile responsive.
Background
The objective of rebuilding the Free the Bears website was to challenge me to learn how to code and build responsive websites using HTML5 and CSS3 as a part of a project from Billy Blue to assess our coding capabilities.
This assessment received a High Distinction (HD).
Design Segments
Image Transitions
Applying a greyscale image filter over the images on the be a Bear Carer page created an emphasis on the photos. The image transitions to full colour on hover and scales 10% larger.
